DNP, CRNA

Jordan is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and has been in healthcare for over 15 years. She has always been ambitious and had her goals set high. In 2009, she began her career as a nurse’s aide at her local hospital. In 2012, she graduated with her associate degree in nursing and went to work in the intensive care unit (ICU), where she cared for the sickest of patients. In 2014, Jordan completed her bachelor’s degree in nursing while working full-time and later went on to graduate from nurse anesthesia school in 2018, earning her Doctorate of Nursing Degree from the Duke University School of Nursing - Nurse Anesthesia Program.

A few words from your injector:
“I love being a CRNA. I get to think on my feet and save lives. I got into aesthetics as another avenue to help people. I have struggled with eczema and sensitive skin my whole life. I wanted to learn more and help others who may be dealing with the same issues. Aesthetics is just another branch of healthcare-selfcare.
Nurses, CRNAs specifically, have a wealth of knowledge that make us great aesthetic providers and injectors. We have many years of anatomy and physiology training and use medication safely everyday. Not to mention our type A, always prepared personalities. We are trained to design and implement a care plan for our patients. We also commonly perform procedures such as starting IVs, doing labor epidurals or spinal injections for surgical procedures. Most CRNAs also perform peripheral nerve blocks. All of those procedures require attention to detail, understanding of muscle, nerve and vascular anatomy as well as pharmacology. It is for these reasons why CRNAs make great injectors.”

Dr. Moore has been a practicing ear, nose, and throat (ENT) physician in High Point, NC since 1994. A “Dukie” undergrad, he went to the University of Tennessee for medical school and completed his ENT training at the University of Mississippi and the University of Virginia. “I have had a long-time interest in facial aesthetics and injectables and I am excited to be partnering with Jordan and Aesthetically Yours!”

Emily has been working in the nursing field for over 15 years. She began as a night shift CNA in the hospital while entering nursing school at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. This marked the next step in her career, where she became an emergency room nurse and practiced for over 10 years. During that time, she held leadership positions within her department and assisted with the education, training, and development of new RNs. She went on to complete her master's degree at the University of Cincinnati. Since then, she has been practicing as a board-certified Adult and Geriatric Nurse Practitioner. Emily is excited to continue her career in this role, alongside Jordan, and provide an exceptional experience to clients seeking aesthetics and wellness care.
